FLOW

Link breath with movement as you’re guided through a thoughtful series of postures, creating a dynamic full-body practice. Expect to work up a natural sweat while strengthening your core, improving balance, and increasing mind-body awareness. This class is suitable for all levels, but may not be ideal for complete beginners.

FLOW FOUNDATIONS

Focus on building a foundational understanding of a yoga practice, including foundational postures. Practice linking breath with movement while moving mindfully through transitions. This class promotes mindfulness and balance in strength, flexibility, and stability, making it ideal for beginners and practitioners of all levels. A great starting for those wanting to begin or deepen their yoga practice.

SLOW FLOW + YIN

A slower, gentler version of Flow, combining breath and movement with longer holds for deep release. This class supports both physical and mental relaxation by balancing your body’s nervous systems. It’s an ideal way to unwind, self-regulate, and release tension, both mentally and physically.
